From the arrival on Wednesday-Friday there were 2-3 classes daily while also enjoying some free time, noshing at some great restaurants London offers - and we slipped in an aperos as well.

10 Barrecore LONDON Locations — Tone, sculpt, & lengthen your muscles with thier unique Barrecore method. Offering a high intensity, low impact barre classes are an effective and efficient way to exercise your entire body.
The original “SPIN” culture that took NYC by storm in 2012 (founded in 2006) has made its way to London at (2) locations in SOHO and NOTTING HILL. The classes are a 45-minute, high-intensity indoor cycling workout that challenges both body and mind.
